"To challenge and inspire an interest, appreciation and understanding of the natural sciences and the Kansas environment thru interscholastic competition."

Nine regional ECO-MEETs were held in the run-up to the 2011 competition.

STATE ECO-MEET:

The 2011 Kansas ECO-MEET was held on Thursday November 3
at Camp Wood, near Elmdale.

101 students in 26 teams from 20 schools participated.
In addition, 7 students from 4 schools came to compete in individual events only.

Here are the winners from the 2011 Kansas ECO-MEET!

1st place team - Maize High School "B"

2nd place team - St. Mary's-Colgan High School

3rd place team - Maize High School "A"

Ornithology
