2018 Northwest Kansas Eco-Meet Results

The 2018 Northwest Kansas ECO-MEET was held on Thursday, October 4.

6 teams of 24 students from 3 schools competed.

Winning Teams:

1st Place: Goodland High School A

Each team member received a $100 scholarship.

2nd Place: Palco High School A

Each team member received a $75 scholarship.

3rd Place: Goodland High School B

Each team member received a $50 scholarship.

Focus Area Winners – Reptiles & Amphibians:

1st Place: Shaylee Benoit, Palco A

Shaylee received a $75 scholarship and a one-year membership to the Kansas Herpetological Society.

2nd Place: Saige Newman, Goodland A

Saige received a $50 scholarship and a one-year membership to the Kansas Herpetological Society.

Focus Area Winners – Woodlands:

1st Place: Saige Newman, Goodland A

Saige received a $75 scholarship.

2nd Place: Riley Wells, Palco A

Riley received a $50 scholarship.
